Are they one size fits all?
Yes, our carriers are designed to fit all sizes. They have adjustable straps on either side, with secure buckles. So you can easily adjust the size on the go. The 'seat' size is one size and fits toddlers ranging from 9 months to 4 years (maximum weight of 16kg).
When will I get my order?
We aim to process your order the next business day and once dispatched, arrival is between 1-3 days.

We currently offer free shipping NZ wide.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind.
How do I wash my carrier?
Handwash only.
Gently swirl the carrier in lukewarm water with a mild liquid detergent. Avoid detergents with optical brighteners to prevent colour fading.
Rinse thoroughly in fresh water.
To dry: Gently press the fabric to remove excess water.
Blot any remaining moisture with a clean towel.
Dry in the shade away from direct sunlight.
